Building intelligent reputations

We’re an award-winning strategic communications consultancy with deep financial expertise

Ashbury was founded by Adam Harper in 2020 with the vision of bringing together communications strategy and original content creation for financial sector clients.

We have since emerged as a leading independent financial communications consultancy with deep roots in Asia and an international capability through our presence in Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Our team of 16 outstanding corporate communications professionals, specialist writers and creatives works to build intelligent reputations.

Ashbury serves a global client base of banks, asset managers, data providers, professional services firms and technology providers. We are recognised for our expertise in sustainable finance and technology.

Our backgrounds in in-house communications, financial media and consultancy have shaped Ashbury’s distinctive identity and culture. We believe this combines the strengths of an investment bank’s communications team, a think-tank and a newsroom.

We’re an award-winning strategic communications consultancy for the financial sector

Ashbury was founded by Adam Harper in January 2020 with the vision of bringing together communications strategy, classic PR and original content creation for financial sector clients.

We have since emerged as one of the leading independent communications firms for the financial sector in Asia Pacific and were recognised as the region’s new consultancy of the year by PRovoke Media in 2021.

Ashbury’s team of 15 outstanding corporate communications professionals, specialist writers, visual designers and video producers works to build intelligent reputations for the firm’s clients in Asia and beyond. We have offices in Hong Kong and Singapore but operate across the region.

We serve globally-minded clients with advice, connections and content built on decades of industry knowledge. Our clients include global banks, asset managers and technology firms. We are recognised for our expertise in sustainable finance and financial technology, including blockchain.

Our background in in-house communications and financial journalism has shaped Ashbury’s distinctive identity, which we believe combines the strengths of a financial institution’s communications team, a research firm and a newsroom.

We are named the New Consultancy of

the Year by PRovoke Media

“The firm’s culture reflects its belief that the distinction between public relations strategy and content creation makes little sense, giving it an edge over bigger, siloed, agencies. Ashbury… benefits from a collaborative culture that is both curious and tenacious.”
– PRovoke Media (2021)
